Hi, I’m Josh! I’m the teacher, trainer, and movement enthusiast representing Unbound Potential.

My goal with this platform and the services I provide is to assist you, family, friends, and colleagues, in exploring movement that enables you to feel the most free and able. I believe that intentional movement, such as yoga and exercise, are key to physical and mental wellbeing, and enables us to experience our most fulfilling life.

My personal yoga practice consists of a Hatha base with a Vinyasa flow; in the gym I enjoy training by traditional lifting. I love exploring the ever-growing world of functional movement, and supplementing it into my yoga practice and exercise. I find it important to create and maintain a strong foundation with the basic building blocks, as much as I think it’s important to explore new territories, these ideas represent my beliefs for in the gym, on the mat, and in life. So let’s work together to experience the movement that empowers you to become stronger, freer, and discover your Unbound Potential.
